editions, combining age-old quality with a fresh approach to tinning.
Committed to sustainability and responsible, traceable sourcing, PYSCIS
focuses on unconventional seafood species with incredible culinary
properties, manually harvested at the height of the season. They largely
work with local women who employ traditional methods and pack each
can by hand. Wrapped in parchment paper and fixed on the side by
natural rubber, PYSCIS’s ecological packaging reflects the contents of
each tin; quality, tradition and craftsmanship for the modern pantry.
A lesser-known tuna species; tastier, healthier & more sustainable

Each fillet is hand-boned, skinned & pared. Infused with the best Andalusian olive oil.
