1. Discussed product and ensuring that we are always in stock of options for client appointments

2. Discussed Sharon to do some ordering to help with that workload 

3. New items discussed: Rugs, Bedside tables, Floor lamps, Bedheads ( down the track), chest of drawers? 

4. Need to Re order Anita mertzlin 

Process 

1. Decided on starting with in store 1 on 1 consults 

2. Clients would book in on a preferred day ( Discussed Thursdays)  by appointment only

3. The service provided would be 1 on 1

Fees

1. Booking fee $150, Redeemable on purchase of product. Do we need to set a limit for redemption? 

2. Sharon would charge out by invoice $60 an hour for consult fee. 

3. Sharon would be paid a commission on the sale. Amount TBC by Silvia. 

Research 

1. Sharon to review Susie Andersons decorating service and criteria, experience 

2. Silvia to book us into Cultiver at Woolahra to experience their way of working with clients. Also get fresh batches of swatches.

Washing up 

1. Sharon to do a wash up after each consult and advise Sil on process, product sold, anything new items we might need 

2. Might be also an idea to follow up and check in with the client to make sure everything worked and if they needed anything further ?
